Going on Safari is a once in a lifetime experience. We took this opportunity to get acquainted with the abundant flora and fauna of Africa. Thanks to numerous National Parks life here goes on undisturbed, shielded from human intrusion, as it has for tens of thousands of years.

Elephants, zebras, lions, cheetahs, monkeys, hippos, jackals and many other species of animals flourish in the preserves of Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara.

Kilimanjaro, the largest free standing mountain in the world was our main destination in Tanzania.

This majestic massif is actually made up of three volcanoes Shira, Mawenzi and the youngest, Kibo. Kibo's crater crowned by its equatorial glacial ice and snow is a fantastic sight from any viewpoint but we wanted to see it in person, looking down at the bluish-white ice sheets from Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa.
