Getting There...

Getting there was a long and boring affaire. The flight to London on Virgin Atlantic took about 11 hours. Thank God for the Nintendo on that 777!

I must take this opportunity to thank Virgin Atlantic management for their hiring practices. Just take a look at their flight attendants and you'll know what I mean. Way to go ladies!

Then after a 5 hour layover, we traveled 9 hours on Kenya Air to Nairobi and 1 hour from there to Arusha.

...and Back

On our way back we took the smallest plain I've ever been on to Nairobi where we had to wait 5 hours for our flight to London. After a 6 hour layover and an 11 hour flight aboard a giant 747 we were back in Los Angeles where the first thing we did was to hit up In-N-Out for the biggest double-double we could get our hands on.
